Third step

The third step, to be considered in conjunction with step two above, is to build the technical capacity for clinical epidemiologists, statisticians, health economists, experts in critical appraisal and health technology assessment. Kazakhstan Academy of Preventive Medicine is capable of providing appropriate training to assist practicing clinicians in understanding the methods being used to develop the standards and allocate resources; this will allow clinicians to contribute to the standards development process and help gain their support in implementing the standards.
